“Receiving detailed feedback on my Work & Activities and personal statement was invaluable. Premed Catalyst helped me navigate complex topics, highlight niche lab work, and craft stories that truly reflected my experiences. Their notes were insightful, guiding me to strengthen my writing and clarify my contributions, making my application far stronger than I could have done on my own.”
"I found PreMed Catalyst through Mike's TikTok and was hesitant at first, but the price and my talks with Zach won me out. My personal statement took seven or eight drafts, and Michael and Zach kept pushing until we found the right story. They also pulled my application back from being too "edgy" so it fit all 40 schools. I don't think I'd have gotten seven interviews on my own, maybe four. I ended up with three acceptances and committed to BU. Really happy with the whole process."
"Premed Catalyst helped me refine my application and find a clear, authentic voice. Through candid feedback, my advisors turned a set of competing experiences into a cohesive narrative about why I'm pursuing medicine. The process felt structured and empowering. The results speak for themselves: despite four MCAT attempts, I've earned 9+ MD interviews and one acceptance so far. I'm confident this traction comes from how PMC helped me frame my journey, and I'm immensely grateful for it."

Overall a really good experience. My advisor turned edits around fast, usually within a couple of days, and the example essays from past students in the handbook were the most helpful part for figuring out how to structure my own. The pre-written general secondaries saved me a ton of time. The biggest difference was the writing help, especially building out my extracurriculars and figuring out the story I was telling as an applicant. I'd recommend it, especially for someone like me with zero connections in medicine. It answered so many questions and gave me clear steps from the start.
My experience was fantastic. The biggest strengths were the quality of the editors and how quickly any scheduling hiccup got resolved. When my first editor left for residency the handoff was seamless and the writing quality held up the whole way. The editors pushed my writing higher, challenged me to expand, and gut-checked my essays against my whole application. As a reapplicant the handbook confirmed what I'd learned, and for a first-timer it would be hugely influential. I'd recommend it: they have the theory of excellent application writing down and explain it better than anything online.

“One of my biggest goals was to get through med school without constant financial stress. Premed Catalyst gave me real peace of mind and saved me so much stress during the application process. When I got into Kaiser with a full-ride scholarship, that was the moment it all clicked. That result alone made the program completely worth it.”
