If you are a Premed Catalyst customer or visiting our Site (whether on behalf of yourself or someone else), this policy applies to you.

To present our products and services to other potential customers — identifying you as an authenticated customer in any product review/testimonial you provide at your own option. Your information (e.g., name as inputted, text and content of your review) will become public if you share your opinion of our products via a testimonial on our Site. Premed Catalyst may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) for the following purposes: appointment reminders, enrollment updates, follow-up communications related to your application or program, and transactional alerts. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
To receive text messages from Premed Catalyst, you must provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively consent — for example, by checking an opt-in box on a form or replying YES to a confirmation message. By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Premed Catalyst at the number provided.
Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any Premed Catalyst program or service.
Message frequency varies depending on your stage in the admissions process and program enrollment. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation text confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will not receive further text messages from Premed Catalyst unless you choose to opt back in.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with our SMS service provider (Salesmsg) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf, as described in the Third Parties section below.

We use Notion as a project management platform to help us track customer goals and program milestones. It collects contact details and data that identifies you, including goals related to our Program, and is processed in the US. Please note that customers may be able to view each other's information within this platform. We use Slack as a messaging platform to communicate with customers and keep track of program goals; it processes the same categories of contact and identifying data, also in the US. Fireflies.ai is used for call notetaking, cloud storage of call records, curriculum development, and feedback gathering; it collects contact details, recordings of calls, and feedback that may identify you, processed in the US. Loom is used to deliver asynchronous video feedback to customers and processes contact details and recordings related to you in the US.
Google Analytics (provided by Alphabet Inc.) is our web analytics service. It tracks your use of the Site and collects contact details, data that identifies you, location information, device information, browsing activity, pixels, and estimated demographic data, all processed in the US. Webflow processes similar categories of data — including contact details, identifying data, location, device information, activity, and pixels — for tracking, traffic analysis, and demographic insights. Webflow data is processed in the US, and we may use it for retargeting advertising in the future.
Typeform collects contact details and is used for email marketing, facilitating sales calls, and gathering product feedback, processed in the US. HubSpot serves as our primary CRM platform and processes contact details, mobile phone numbers, email addresses, interaction history, and deal and pipeline data in the US; it is used for email marketing, sales sequences, workflow automation, and all customer communications. UPDATED Klaviyo collects contact details and is used for email marketing, processed in the US.
Salesmsg is our SMS messaging provider and processes contact details, mobile phone numbers, and SMS message content in the US for the purpose of two-way text message communication with enrolled students and prospective customers. NEW We do not share your mobile number with Salesmsg for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf. Calendly is used for appointment scheduling for sales and enrollment calls and processes contact details, mobile phone numbers, and meeting scheduling data in the US. NEW Google Meet (Alphabet Inc.) and Zoom are used for video and phone calls and process contact details in the US.
Stripe handles credit card processing and collects credit card information and contact details in the US. QuickBooks is used for bank payments and accounting and processes bank account information and contact details in the US. HelloSign is used for document signing and processes contact details in the US.
This section specifically addresses the way our Site uses various technologies to collect information from users. The technologies include cookies, flash cookies, pixels, web beacons, and other related data files customarily used by most websites today.
